If you order online, then your credit card details are processed through the ProtX secure order system. We never see processing information about your credit card. All we are told is that the payment has, or has not, been accepted.
This website, and our office based order taking process, are certified as being PCI compliant (the latest credit card anti-fraud compliance test.)

Where you have told us your e mail address, we will not use that information for any purpose (apart from that necessary to contact you re. your order) other than to send you an opt-in newsletter. If you do not ask us to contact you with a newsletter, then we will not do so. We will not send you spam.

We annually renew with the appropriate government department - the Information Commissions Office - our registration of being a fit and proper body to hold the information we have about you.
