The charge for delivery starts at £0.50, but does vary according to the product chosen and the delivery area (UK mainland or other).

The actual charge for the order is shown on the shopping cart when you have selected a product to order, and you will see the charge before you complete the order.

As a guide, for mainland UK deliveries of dog crates, internal puppy pens, tables, trolleys etc., the charge is:-

£9.00 for standard delivery (5/10 days), or

£14.00 for express delivery (1 or 2 working days)

(Express delivery is usually the next working day if ordered before 1.00pm, but may occasionally be a day later.)

We usually use City Link Couriers as our delivery service,                     although this can vary if we can give you a better service by using an alternative courier.                      Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail.

Please note that the carriage price shown on the website assumes unfettered access to the property. We do use commercial vehicles to deliver, and reserve the right to amend the delivery charge where low bridges, or low-weight bridges affect the delivery. In ALL such cases, we will discuss and agree with you any additional charges prior to making the charge.

Delivery charges for very small items (books etc) are less than the above standard charges, whereas heavy items (dog runs, outdoor Discovery panels etc.) cost more, and the delivery charge is calculated by the order weight. All delivery charges are shown on the shopping cart before you commit yourself to an order.

Charges for offshore UK and Northern Ireland include a surcharge which again is shown on the shopping cart.
